At Amdocs India Limited, I test telecom BSS products for US Cellular (U-TMO), including CRM, OMS, AR, Billing, and digital web and mobile applications. I execute end-to-end, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, and design test cases for broad coverage.
I use Playwright with JavaScript and AI-assisted tools including Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot in QA work. I’m building an AI-powered test case design tool that generates structured cases from requirements and project documents, and I’ve contributed UNIX scripts for end-to-end health checks and pre-billing cleanup.
