What I'm looking for

I'm looking for PMO, project coordination, resource management, operations, MIS, business analysis, or data analysis opportunities where I can support governance, staffing, reporting, and cross-functional delivery.

At Capgemini, I manage end-to-end staffing and demand fulfillment across Liberty, Generali, Syngenta, ST Micro, Atlas Copco, Roche, and Edwards accounts. I coordinate with Delivery Managers, RMG, HR, Recruitment Teams, Practice Leads, and business stakeholders to move demands from validation through deployment and closure.

I build demand trackers, staffing dashboards, fulfillment reports, rejection summaries, escalation notes, and leadership updates. My work also includes candidate pipeline tracking, interview coordination, technical evaluation follow-ups, onboarding support, resource allocation, extensions, roll-offs, and project tagging.

With an MBA in Operations and Marketing, I bring structured reporting, process discipline, stakeholder communication, and analytical thinking to PMO and business operations work.
