I'm looking to continue developing my skills while contributing positively to an organization through PMO delivery, project governance, resource planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

At Capgemini, I lead regional PMO delivery for large-scale projects, aligning project execution, resource planning, hiring management, budgets, risks, and stakeholder needs. I provide project health dashboards, executive reporting, audit documentation, SOPs, and data-quality checks to improve governance and delivery visibility.

Previously, I supported project plans, schedules, performance reporting, risk mitigation, and process improvement as a PMO Analyst. I also gained foundational exposure to development workflows through Java, Spring Boot, and basic front-end training.
