I’m a results-driven PMO Analyst and Project Administration professional, supporting large-scale, multi-shore delivery portfolios through strong governance and delivery discipline. I build frameworks from the ground up—then operationalize them for consistent, on-time execution.

At Capgemini, I serve as the primary PMO partner to a Delivery Executive overseeing a 120+ member multi-shore portfolio. I design end-to-end delivery governance (status tracking, milestone adherence, risk visibility, and escalation management) and publish weekly/monthly leadership dashboards that consolidate KPIs into decision-ready formats.

I’m also hands-on with operational enablement and stakeholder leadership: I trained and onboarded a junior PMO Analyst to independently manage day-to-day reporting, and I act as a single point of contact (SPOC) across onshore (US/UK), offshore (India), and nearshore teams. I proactively identify risks, slippages, and bottlenecks and drive structured mitigation through governance forums for timely closure.

Previously as a PMO Analyst (Individual Contributor), I led demand management and global staffing fulfilment, owning the fulfilment lifecycle from demand intake to onboarding. I built executive-grade trackers and reports for demand pipeline, onboarding velocity, resource movement, and headcount forecasting, later transitioning end-to-end responsibilities to a trained junior analyst.
