At Sophisticated Industrial Materials Analytic Labs Pvt. Ltd., I run IT operations for 220 Active Directory users and administer a VMware ESXi environment hosting 6 production VMs. I also support SAP Business One and the LIMS server.

I implemented Veeam backup and restore across four Synology and QNAP NAS units, and recovered a domain controller VM and data server from backups with no data loss and minimal disruption. I also deployed a pfSense firewall with segmented LANs and dual-ISP failover.

I enforce 21 CFR Part 11 data-integrity controls for analytical instruments integrated with the LIMS server, and cleared 3 NABL audits for the IT systems and infrastructure under my responsibility. I coordinate with the SAP implementation partner on user issues, technical requirements, change requests, and SLA compliance.
