I’m looking to grow organizations through AI-enabled training design and coaching—where I can lead training needs analysis, deliver executive development, strengthen client success, and automate workflows (Zapier/Make) to streamline learning and operations.

I’m a Transformation Coach and Development Manager with 12+ years of experience designing training programmes, delivering executive and personal development coaching, and supporting client success across aviation, luxury retail, and remote education. I’m especially known for strong client relationship management, cross-cultural communication, and adapting quickly to fast-changing environments.

I design and expand programmes by identifying training needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and consultation with business managers and HR departments. I also research and apply AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to personalise learning and coaching materials, and I streamline workflows with Zapier and Make—so training development and administration run faster and more consistently.
