At Rise Luxury Rehab, I administer prescribed medications, maintain Medication Administration Records, and support clients’ safety and daily living needs.
I monitor medication effectiveness and adverse reactions, document physical, mental, and emotional changes, and communicate concerns with nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary treatment team. I work carefully within HIPAA and facility standards while treating every client with dignity and professionalism.
