I’m a Product Manager with 6+ years of dedicated fintech experience (overall 8+ years), building products across payments, digital identity, and merchant ecosystems. At PhonePe (Product Manager – Merchant Experience & International Payments), I own end-to-end product across partner acquisition & lifecycle, unified pricing & settlements infrastructure, auxiliary merchant income streams, and cross-border payments across 6 global corridors. I built unified pricing & settlements infrastructure across 40M merchants, streamlining millions of rate cards, simplifying RBI audits, and reducing the ops team from 35 to 8 through automation.

I also use data and tooling to move faster—leveraging AI-assisted development to prototype and deploy internal pricing dashboards that give visibility into rate cards and settlement data without dedicated engineering bandwidth. My work includes launching partnerships across online and offline ecosystems, driving ~$4.2M incremental revenue, and enabling Split Settlements to unlock ~$2.8M revenue potential, alongside onboarding workflow automation that reduced merchant TAT from 7 to 1 day and partner TAT from 5 to 1 day.

Previously at Samsung Research Institute (SRIB), I drove measurable growth for Samsung Wallet and Samsung Pay—achieving 23% MAU growth and 6.5M registered users in 12 months, enabling DigiLocker (1M+ users accessing 3M+ documents), and improving engagement via a contextual notifications system (CTR from 0.8% to ~3%). I’m energized by cross-functional collaboration with engineering architects and navigating regulatory frameworks like RBI, CBUAE, and UAEIPP to ship compliant, scalable products.
