At IG Group, I worked on tastytrade, a US brokerage platform for active traders in a regulated SEC/FINRA environment. I redesigned Account Management information architecture using tree testing and card sorting; in a follow-up study, participants found the right section in 87% of cases, up from 64%.

At The Stepstone Group, I owned the native iOS app, improving its profile, search, listings, saved jobs, and application flow. My work simplifying apply journeys contributed to around 35% more application submissions, while clearer search results contributed to around 20% more listing views.

I also designed Lmente, a social networking app for creating and joining events that launched on the App Store and Google Play with 4.5+ ratings, and Veleso, an automotive financing marketplace focused on making offers easier to compare. I care about explaining complex systems without making people feel stupid.
