I've delivered sponsor activations and experiential programming for Diageo, Campari, William Grant & Sons, and Hendrick's Gin, taking projects from concept through vendor coordination, budgets, run-of-show, and on-site execution.

For FIFA World Cup 2026 in Seattle, I owned event strategy and execution for fan experience programs across six matches with 65,000+ attendees per match. I managed a $32M federal budget and built cross-agency operating frameworks with state and federal agencies, FIFA leadership, and private-sector partners.

At Canoe Ventures, I led hospitality and dozens of national brand partner activations across four venue brands. I managed vendor contracts, $5K–$20K event budgets, VIP guest experiences, and up to 100 staff during peak season.

I've also built event programming that increased weekly sales by $40,000+ and created complete conference branding, websites, signage, and presentation systems. I bring an operational, guest-focused approach to partnerships, productions, and brand experiences.
