At Datamatrix Infotech Pvt. Ltd., I manage relationships with enterprise utility clients, handle communications during live service outages, and turn account feedback into insight decks for the C-suite. I also designed leadership dashboards in Figma.
Before that, I built Bumble Design, a B2B design agency, and delivered brand and communication systems for Real Estate, Architecture, and SaaS clients. I wrote proposals, found clients, managed projects, and ran a small team of freelancers.
Earlier at Datamatrix Infotech Pvt. Ltd., I translated utility and energy data into BRDs, user stories, and flowcharts for engineering teams. I also ran Energy Baseline studies across villages in Maharashtra and created documentation templates adopted as the team standard.
