At Noble Plastics, I built the manufacturer’s first PMO and its system of record, used alongside Microsoft Project and Jira. The integrated plan gives Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Finance shared project gates and supports portfolio decisions and bank briefings.
I manage regulated delivery, including inspection planning for 1,134 characteristics on a defense program, and coordinate capacity decisions when projects compete for resources. On a solar manufacturing program, I manage a $6.18M budget across six projects and developed a parallel tooling path that could pull in the schedule by two to three months.
Previously, at Blue Horizons Group, I led enterprise software implementations through release, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. At 405 Third Street, LLC, I managed a 44-person operation and ~$3M P&L, reducing labor from 22% to 14% of revenue while staff grew 38%.
