I am a multi‑faceted business and legal professional with extensive experience leading contract services and distribution operations across broadcast and digital platforms. I have managed large licensing portfolios, supervised contract lifecycle processes, and led teams to meet business and legal objectives.

Throughout my career I have negotiated and drafted complex licensing agreements, overseen window and output deal management, and served as a primary escalation point for stakeholders and partners. I consistently align contractual obligations with sales, finance, and legal/risk teams to support company goals and audits.

I bring proven client relationship skills, hands‑on experience with CLM and CRM tools (including Salesforce, DocuSign, PandaDoc), and a track record of driving renewals, upsells, and efficient contract execution in high‑volume environments.
