I’m a construction estimator who loves turning project details—blueprints, schedules, and specs—into accurate cost estimates that help my team win bids. I bring a strong bias toward preparation, from gathering complete scope information to building proposals general contractors can trust.

Since 2024, I’ve been estimating for Midwest Door & Hardware by using Comsense and Protech to estimate jobs and by marking up job costs based on job size, complexity, and competition. I’ve helped drive results, including bidding and winning a company’s largest job awarded at $1.7M for doors, frames, and hardware.

Before that, I worked as a National Claims Specialist / Estimator at Aspen Exteriors (2020–2024), where I completed roof and exterior home damage inspections and prepared repair and replacement estimates. I represented home and business owners in contracting conversations and worked closely with clients’ insurance companies to ensure needed repairs were covered.

Earlier in my career, I built hands-on job understanding through field and shop experience at Kearney Glass, installing windows and supporting shop work like cutting glass and replacing windows. I also strengthened customer-facing and business skills as a Sales Representative, managing accounts and handling accounts receivables across a territory.
