What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end AR collections, reporting, and reconciliation—especially aging and long-overdue follow-up—while partnering with Sales and stakeholders to improve cash flow, accuracy, and compliance.

I’m an Accounts Receivable Specialist with 6+ years of experience in both B2B and B2C collections, supporting US-based and local clients. I own end-to-end AR workflows, from invoice follow-ups via email/calls to payment application, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.

In my recent role, I managed overdue and long-outstanding accounts by escalating unresponsive clients, applying credit adjustments with complete documentation, and researching unapplied cash to keep ledgers accurate. I routinely produced AR aging summaries and long-overdue reporting, including 270+ days receivables and bad-debt reports, and delivered timely status updates to management and account owners.

I also bring strong AR finance discipline from my earlier experience preparing monthly AR aging for forecasting, posting customer payments to the general ledger, and monitoring bounced/returned checks and post-dated checks.
