I’m a Backend Python Developer with 1.5+ years of hands-on production experience building scalable REST APIs, data pipelines, and automation tools. At my current company, I’m the sole developer responsible for 27 live production backend systems, owning the work end-to-end.

My focus is production-grade API engineering: I’ve built and maintained versioned REST endpoints with JWT/OAuth2 authentication, 4-role RBAC, pagination, filtering, and standardized error responses using FastAPI and Flask. I also connect these services cleanly to React/TypeScript frontends, while maintaining structured logs and observability hooks across all systems.

I design and optimize data and workflows, starting with PostgreSQL schema design—normalised tables, composite indexes, JSONB columns, and foreign key constraints—then using Alembic migrations and query tuning (EXPLAIN ANALYZE) to cut latency by 40–60%. I integrate Amazon SP-API end-to-end and build AWS SQS event pipelines with idempotent PostgreSQL upserts for reliable processing.

For scalability and resilience, I develop Celery + Redis async task queues for multi-carrier shipment tracking (DHL, FedEx, USPS, Shiprocket), inventory sync, and scheduled jobs, with fault-tolerant retry logic. I deploy on AWS and GCP using Docker + Docker Compose + Nginx + GitHub Actions CI/CD, maintaining 99% uptime through disciplined operations.
