I'm currently supporting Co Host as an Operations Manager, coordinating daily housekeeping schedules, maintenance tasks, stock, office supplies, and contractor cleans across apartment properties.

Previously at Soughted, I managed onboarding checklists and maintenance checks to help properties meet company standards. I communicated with owners, coordinated staging and photoshoots, and listed and optimized properties on booking platforms to support high occupancy.

I've also supervised housekeeping teams, completed post-checkout quality checks, tracked inventory and housekeeper performance, and reported maintenance issues.

I bring practical experience in client relationship management, office administration, scheduling, Google Drive, spreadsheets, Asana, and Breezeway. I'm motivated by organized operations, high cleaning standards, and helping properties deliver a strong guest experience.
