What I'm looking for

I seek an IT role where I can manage networks and systems, improve security and reliability, and grow technical skills in a collaborative environment.

I am an IT Administrator with hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software, maintaining networks, and supporting end users. I install and configure computers, printers, and network devices, manage backups and servers, handle user accounts, and coordinate with vendors to ensure efficient, secure IT operations.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering (2nd Class Upper) and am currently reading for the CCNA. I have additional certifications and freelance experience in graphic and UI/UX design and video editing, demonstrating a blend of technical and creative skills that improve user experience and operational reliability.
