I've worked at Clube Viajar/Viajar Tours since 2006, managing and optimizing digital content and software systems for a tour operator since 2012. I maintain dynamic website content, support internal teams, resolve system issues, and plan software upgrades to protect performance and data security.

Earlier, I managed end-to-end travel bookings, customer advice, ticketing, invoicing, and individual and group travel processes. My hotel reception experience at Portis–Hotéis Portugueses strengthened my guest service, operational coordination, supplier communication, and problem-solving skills.
