I’m a senior executive recruiter and talent acquisition professional with 15+ years of international experience delivering full-cycle recruitment, executive search, and recruitment consulting across HR, business, technology, operations, and management functions. I partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, translate them into recruitment strategies, and run searches from sourcing through placement.

Most recently, I’ve been working as a Freelance Administrative & Operations Consultant in Berlin, providing executive recruitment consulting for international clients.
