I'm looking for talent acquisition or executive search opportunities where I can build teams, advise leaders on workforce strategy, strengthen employer brands, and support sustainable technology and next-generation mobility.

I've delivered 250+ mid-to-senior hires across executive search and in-house talent acquisition, building teams from 0→1 and achieving 40%+ diversity hiring.

At Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, I owned hiring across Sales, Corporate, Factories, IT, Engineering, R&D, and leadership roles. I supported new Large Kitchen Appliances and Solar business launches, implemented an ATS, redesigned onboarding and interview frameworks, and improved the Glassdoor rating from 2.4 to 3.8.

Previously, at ABC Consultants and Emagine People Technologies, I led executive and technical search across automotive, EV, engineering, industrial, and professional services sectors. I mapped 300+ EV and automotive professionals, delivered CXO and senior leadership placements, generated approximately €260K in revenue, and was recognized as Best Researcher of the Year.
