I'm looking to continue growing in systems, telecommunications, technical support, and cybersecurity, contributing hands-on support across hardware, software, networks, and applications.

I've supported telecommunications networks at Adecco Servicios as a NOC Support Analyst, managing tickets through Service Desk and ServiceNow.
