As a seasoned learning specialist with over 10 years of experience in academia and 3 years in corporate education, I possess a unique blend of skills in managing educational projects, developing engaging learning content, and evaluating performance. My expertise spans instructional design, content development, and performance evaluation, with a strong ability to communicate, analyze, and design in multicultural environments.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in various roles, including Educational Manager, Instructional Designer, Research Team Lead, and Lecturer. These experiences have not only honed my skills in educational project management, pedagogical design, and analytical skills but also given me a deep understanding of the importance of adaptive learning programs, curriculum management, and quality assurance.

I hold a Ph.D. in Money, Finance, and Credit from the Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine and am fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. My passion for creating engaging learning experiences, combined with my expertise in instructional design and content development, makes me an ideal candidate for roles that require a dedicated and skilled instructional designer.
