I've led discovery and configuration work for a centralized learning ecosystem at Baltic Hub Container Terminal, turning fragmented learning processes into a digital experience for employees, managers, and administrators. I also designed a generative AI-assisted workflow to structure stakeholder input, identify gaps, and prioritize configuration decisions with human validation.

At Intel, I designed learner journeys and co-created digital learning ecosystems across EMEA Sales, using stakeholder research, workshops, and performance data to improve accessibility and usability. My work supported global employees and strengthened collaboration among business leaders, facilitators, vendors, and content creators.

I also created and facilitated Innova, a multi-stage HR innovation program that connected distributed teams, enabled employee-led process improvements, and resulted in organization-funded initiatives.

I'm transitioning intentionally into Product and UX Design, bringing 11 years of research, process design, stakeholder collaboration, and digital transformation experience. I use user research, journey mapping, prototyping, systems thinking, and AI-assisted analysis to simplify complex problems into meaningful digital experiences.
