At CNP Assurances Protection Sociale, I managed 22 of the 44 roles in the 2026 apprenticeship campaign, shared with a colleague. Alongside the campaign, I recruited 10 positions across a range of functions.
I also defined the internship and apprenticeship policy, ran recruitment fairs and school partnerships, and organised the integration day for incoming apprentices. I planned company events to foster team engagement.
At Ithaque Medical, I placed rare medical specialists in a candidate-short market. I sourced hard-to-reach candidates, conducted phone pre-screens, and tracked applications in the ADMEN ATS.
My experience also includes coordinating viewings and negotiations at Buet Immobilier, where I developed the agency’s social media strategy. I hold a Master of Science in International Business from Hult International Business School and am pursuing a Master’s Degree in HR & Recruitment Management at ISCOD.
