Roxana Ensafi

I'm a recruiter who loves a challenge, whether that's filling 22 apprenticeship roles in five months or tracking down a cardiologist in a market where they almost never change jobs.

At CNP Assurances, I run end-to-end recruitment in a fully remote team. I co-led our 2026 apprenticeship campaign (44 positions, 22 managed directly) and hired 10 more people alongside it, across finance, actuarial, legal, accounting, marketing, communications, HR and project management. Before that, I worked as a medical headhunter, placing rare specialists such as anaesthetists, psychiatrists and cardiologists through direct search.

Beyond hiring, I enjoy the people side of HR: I built our internship and apprenticeship policy, developed school partnerships and organised onboarding days for new apprentices.

I'm trilingual (French, English and Persian) and hold an MSc in International Business from Hult in London, so working across cultures and time zones comes naturally to me. Outside work, I train in Muay Thai every day and I'm preparing for competition, which has taught me a lot about discipline and resilience.

I'm looking for a fully remote recruiter or Talent Acquisition role with a company hiring across Europe, available from early 2027.
