I've grown and sustained North Highland's largest UK account at circa £12M annual revenue for more than nine years, navigating IR35 reform, the pandemic, and the O2/Virgin Media merger.
As an Associate Vice President and Managed Services Executive at North Highland, I led governance, value delivery, SLA and OKR attainment, resource management, and senior stakeholder relationships. I also industrialised the firm's Managed Services offering, supported ISO 9001 certification, and shaped more than £116M in managed services opportunities during 2024.
