I recently led design at Uswitch (RVU), embedding design-led thinking into business decisions and leading a central team across visual, motion and content design. We delivered customer-centric products and communications across energy, broadband, mobile, insurance and financial services for over 5 million UK households.

At Uswitch and Money (RVU), I've led product design across app, energy, CRM and lifetime-value teams, improving end-to-end customer journeys. I've evolved design systems, expanded brand toolkits, unified cross-brand production, and improved paid, organic and CRM marketing efficiency by 25%.

Across GB Energy Supply, MyOffers, Mòr and earlier agency work, I've used user-centred design, research, prototyping and data insights to improve responsive websites, internal systems and multi-platform experiences. I enjoy breaking down siloes, building collaborative design cultures and mentoring designers.
