What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining HR and mental-health support where I can apply employee relations, counseling, and training skills in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

I am a Bachelor of Science in Psychology graduate with hands-on experience in human resources, counseling, and mental health support. My background spans HR operations, employee relations, intake assessments, and group facilitation gained through internships and HR assistant roles.

As a Human Resources Assistant, I handled employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, clearances, and certificates of employment while conducting interviews and applicant screening. I bring practical HR skills including filing, processing, and compliance-focused documentation.

In clinical and school settings, I completed internships as a Clinical Psychologist Intern and Guidance Counselor Intern where I conducted intake interviews, assessments, group dynamics sessions, individual and group counseling, and maintained confidential records under supervision.
