What I'm looking for

I am seeking an entry-level HR or people-focused role with opportunities for training coordination, counseling support, administrative duties, and professional growth.

I am a psychology graduate and aspiring HR assistant with hands-on internship experience in HR support, training coordination, counseling services, and client service. I bring a detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills to people-focused roles.

During internships at a national health institute and educational settings, I assisted in organizing seminars for healthcare professionals, delivered a learning and development presentation on time management, and managed certificate distribution and assessment item analysis.

I supported clinical care by facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, conducting counseling sessions, and assisting patients with therapy tasks. I also conducted intake interviews, administered needs-assessment surveys, and supported clerical and record-keeping tasks.

I am adept with Google Workspace and Canva, hold several digital and career-readiness certificates, and am passionate about working in collaborative environments where I can contribute to employee development and client-centered support.
