What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a talent acquisition or HR opportunity where I can lead efficient, inclusive recruiting, strengthen candidate and stakeholder experiences, and support high-volume hiring and onboarding needs.

At FedEx Supply Chain, I led end-to-end recruiting for logistics and supply chain roles, from sourcing and interviews through pre-hire requirements and placement. I partnered with senior leadership to fill critical warehouse, transportation, inventory, and procurement positions while supporting uninterrupted operations.

I've also supported recruiting and onboarding at Edward Jones, TKC Holdings, and Missouri Botanical Garden, coordinating high-volume interviews, training candidates, maintaining compliant records, and improving HR processes. I bring hands-on experience with ATS platforms, candidate management, employee relations, onboarding, and recruitment reporting.
