Hello, I am Rosa, an Experience Design Lead with a passion for crafting thoughtful and transformative experiences. Currently, I lead and mentor a design team at EPAM Systems, where I advocate for experience design and collaborate effectively with clients across the APAC region, including Hong Kong, Australia, and Japan.
Previously, I served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Digital, where I envisioned and drove the experience design direction for various projects. My role involved managing project delivery to meet client goals while establishing trust and relationships with clients. My experience also includes working as an Art Director at SapientRazorfish, where I oversaw project quality and built strong client relationships.
With a Bachelor of Multimedia from Griffith University, I have developed expertise in stakeholder management, user research, and UX/UI design. I am committed to enhancing user experiences and driving design excellence in every project I undertake.
