I’m a results-driven Asset/Property Manager and Investment Analyst with over 8 years of experience managing property portfolios, conducting financial analysis, and supporting strategic investment decisions. I’ve worked for both Listed and Private entities across multiple asset classes.

In my recent role as a Sole Asset Manager, I oversaw portfolio performance and projections and played an integral part in project management for current and future property developments. I led Property Management, Facilities and Leasing activities for the full portfolio, curated internal and external reporting packages for stakeholders, and improved operations efficiency through business analytics and software improvements.

Previously at Delta Property Fund, I conducted due diligence to assess returns and risks, developed and implemented investment strategies, and produced cash flow forecasts and portfolio projections. I regularly prepared Investment Committee and Board reports, performed ongoing risk assessments, and reduced operating expenses through cost-saving initiatives—delivering clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
