I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can own onboarding and retention, lead pre-sales solutioning, and grow accounts through upsell/cross-sell—while partnering with a high-performing team that values measurable outcomes and mentorship.

I’m a Customer Success and Pre-Sales Consultant with 3.5+ years of experience helping clients stay retained, satisfied, and financially engaged. I focus on turning insight into action—combining client onboarding, relationship management, and consultative selling to deliver measurable outcomes.

Most recently, I was promoted to Senior Consultant based on strong performance, client satisfaction, and business impact. I manage a portfolio of 10+ GCC, startup, and manufacturing clients with high retention, lead pre-sales consulting and solutioning, and run onboarding and implementation with a 95% satisfaction score.

I also drive revenue through identification and conversion of upsell/cross-sell opportunities across accounts. Along the way, I train and mentor new joiners on pre-sales processes, tools, and client engagement, and I contributed to a team delivering 7× targets across consecutive cycles.
