At the Ministry of Social Development — Government of Tucumán, I lead an 18-person IT organization across four divisions, supporting nine systems and more than 500 users. Since 2016, I’ve led more than 20 major technology projects and currently manage approximately five initiatives in parallel.
I transformed food-assistance processing from approximately two working days to less than an hour through automated bank accreditation, changing the distribution model for 107,000 beneficiaries. I also automated financial and procurement workflows and reduced legal-document processing to under two minutes.
I’ve led technology and infrastructure migrations covering 12 systems and more than 500 users, including Tomcat, PostgreSQL, and server upgrades, with no data loss. Earlier, I led technology projects and IT audits at PÁLPITOS DEPORTIVOS and developed enterprise and healthcare applications at MZ & ASOCIADOS and INDRA / SIPROSA.
