I build production-ready software that solves real operational problems—not just demos. At 22, I delivered to production an open-source electronic voting platform adopted by multiple municipal deliberative councils, modernizing a process that was 100% manual.

In parallel, I refactored and scaled an access-control system into a platform that became the official solution for credential management and payments for the Asociación Paranaense de Básquet. My differentiator is how I work as a PM with a dev mindset: I translate business requirements into technical architecture and deliver end-to-end.

Most recently, as a Software Developer at the Secretaría de Modernización, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación del Gobierno de Entre Ríos, I developed and put into production an electronic voting platform used across provincial municipalities. I also modernized internal tracking workflows and built Business Intelligence dashboards in Looker Studio integrated with Google Sheets to turn dispersed data into actionable metrics.

Previously, as a Senior Software Developer / Team Lead, I led the full evolution of the APB institutional system: credential management, automated payment processing, and notifications, unifying flows that used to require manual operation. I refactored the QR access control solution from an MVP into real-time validation used in every association match, from requirements and architecture through development and implementation.
