What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in product or curriculum development where I can drive cross-functional teams, oversee end-to-end production, and deliver high-quality K–12 learning products with collaborative, mission-driven culture and opportunities for impact.

I am a results-driven Product Development Manager with two decades of experience leading curriculum innovation for K–12 homeschool brands. I lead cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver print, digital, and multimedia educational products that meet strategic goals and customer needs.

In my current role I manage a team of 11 employees and up to 15 contractors, oversee annual production cycles, budgets, capital expenditures, and resource allocation, and lead creation and maintenance of LMS courses on the Agilix/Buzz platform. I also oversee video production and quality assurance processes to ensure curriculum excellence across history, language arts, science, and specialized unit studies.

I administer a foundation scholarship program from design through award distribution, and I bring strong communication, project management, and remote-team leadership skills combined with hands-on experience in Adobe InDesign/Acrobat Pro, Microsoft 365, Google Drive, and collaboration tools like Slack.
