What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead IT service operations where I can improve governance, automate processes, strengthen security and compliance, and align reliable technology services with business needs.

At Luxoft supporting Deutsche Bank, I lead end-to-end operations for business-critical Identity & Access Management services, including access recertification, Joiner-Mover-Leaver governance, ITIL processes, audits, and service performance.

I've managed multi-site IT operations for Ericsson supporting approximately 3,300 users, led teams of up to eight people, and owned service delivery, security, compliance, budgets, KPIs, SLAs, vendors, and operational stability. Across ING Hubs Romania, Tchibo, and Mondelēz International, I translated business needs into reliable services, controlled lifecycle and change delivery, and improved processes across Romania, Bulgaria, and wider regional operations.

I combine hands-on infrastructure experience in Windows, Active Directory, virtualization, networking, backup, and enterprise platforms with practical leadership focused on automation, standardization, risk control, and business continuity.
