What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a stable, long-term remote position in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Customer Operations. I'm open to different time zones and shift schedules, including night shifts.

At LUKOIL, I supported geological and production-related activities, working with operational information and following technical procedures.

I also supported occupational health and safety requirements as an HSE Engineer, working with safety procedures and technical documentation. Earlier, as a Production Operator, I participated in daily oil and gas operations and monitored equipment and operational parameters.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Oil and Gas Engineering and a Master's degree in Stratigraphy of oil and gas basins (Geology). I have experience communicating with customers and using Office programs, Google Sheets, and Make.com automation.
