What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a CFO or Head of Finance mandate in the UAE or wider GCC where the finance function seeks improvement, product orientation, and delivering value—not just reporting.

At QuantumOne, I built the finance function and its processes from scratch. I closed an M&A deal with a government-linked fund at a fair market value above $30M and led the finance side of post-merger integration.

I also built a project economics approval process that reduced CEO, CTO, and COO sign-off to 10 minutes per project. By automating accounting and reconciliation and rebuilding management reports, I cut monthly close from 20 to 5 working days.

Before QuantumOne, I led finance at X5 Digital and OZON, including a 22-person team at X5 Digital and finance work across a $1bn+ annual cost base at OZON. I’m ACCA and CIMA qualified, work across IFRS and US GAAP, and am looking for a CFO or Head of Finance mandate in the UAE or wider GCC focused on improving the finance function, product orientation, and delivering value—not just reporting.
