At PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSN Group), I delivered 304 hires from 2023 to May 2026 across corporate, operational, and site-based roles. I also led a Management Trainee program for 149 trainees across four batches.

At DSN Group, I drove turnover down from 9.4% in 2023 to 6.4% in 2025. I built university partnerships with 10+ institutions and spearheaded end-to-end ATS implementation and an online psychological assessment platform.

At PT Saba Indomedika, I developed employer branding and campus recruitment campaigns. I led the Sleekr-Talenta HRIS implementation from vendor selection to go-live across all regions within six months.

Earlier, at PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk, I managed recruitment and assessment across the holding company and five subsidiaries, and recruited 50–60 Management Trainees per batch over a five-year period.
