What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote roles with travel where I can lead enterprise digital solution deployment, multi-site manufacturing rollouts, UAT, change management, and adoption across global operations.

At Johnson Screens, I built and led the global rollout of an enterprise task management and resource-balancing platform used across engineering, purchasing, and production in six countries. I owned requirements gathering, pilot deployment, site-level UAT, training, and adoption tracking through sustained rollout.

I also drove Compass digital workflow adoption across global engineering centres, improving stage-gate visibility, resource planning, and continuous-improvement tracking. By building KPI dashboards and portfolio analytics, I helped deliver a 15% improvement in engineering cycle time.

With 14 years in industrial manufacturing, I connect plant-floor operations, SAP manufacturing master data, and change management to make digital tools work in practice. I lead distributed engineering teams, manage deployment priorities and budgets, and communicate rollout risks and value to global leadership.
