I’m looking to lead technology delivery and engineering transformation for enterprise clients—building governance-driven, high-performing global teams that deliver modernization and cloud outcomes predictably, while enabling customer success and long-term account growth.

I’m a technology delivery and engineering leader with 27+ years of experience driving enterprise-scale software delivery, digital transformation, and modernization programs across IT Services, Utilities, Manufacturing, and Enterprise Platforms. I focus on predictable delivery by aligning engineering execution with business priorities, strengthening delivery governance, and improving transformation outcomes for US enterprise clients.

In leadership roles, I’ve directed delivery portfolios of up to 10 concurrent projects and led global offshore/onshore engineering organizations of up to 70 professionals. I also own delivery/P&L responsibilities (₹5 Cr), lead engineering modernization and cloud transformation initiatives, and guide stakeholder management and escalation governance—while supporting growth through technical pre-sales, RFP solutioning, and account expansion.
