At Hyderabad Duty Free with GMR Hospitality and Retail, I represent Moet & Chandon and create premium customer experiences for international travelers. I educate customers on product range, brand heritage, and tasting notes while driving incremental sales through personalized service and upselling.

I've consistently achieved sales targets, maintained high-end visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines, and partnered with retail and marketing teams on promotional campaigns. My experience also includes guest service and product promotion at HMSHost.

Through hotel operations training at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, I gained hands-on exposure to Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, and Kitchen operations. I'm looking to bring my luxury sales, customer engagement, and team collaboration skills to a Retail Assistant Manager or Luxury Sales Specialist role.
