At DWAO, I direct enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations across Microsoft 365 and cloud environments. I built and lead a 71-item risk register aligned to ISO 31000/27005 and own SOC 2 Type II audit readiness.
I architected Microsoft 365 security monitoring across 43 controls using KQL Advanced Hunting queries, and led scoped vulnerability remediation with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Entra ID. For a client engagement, I deployed Azure Virtual Desktop with an Intune-integrated setup.
Before becoming Group Head IT, I managed enterprise IT operations at DWAO. At Windlas Biotech Limited and Computerware (India) Pvt. Ltd., I worked across infrastructure, systems administration, networks, and internal business applications.
