At Bonn Nutrients, I’m the founding AI hire building the AI function from zero for a ₹500 Cr+ FMCG manufacturer. I’ve established the stack, data-access patterns, guardrails, and deployment standards across support, operations analytics, and internal applications.

I shipped a policy-grounded LangGraph and Qdrant support agent that reduced manual query-resolution time by 40%, and built MCP integrations for typed, permissioned agent access to internal APIs and databases. I also delivered text-to-SQL analytics and GenAI reporting that eliminated 5+ hours of weekly manual reporting.

Previously at 10x.in, I built learner-risk detection and cohort analytics systems that reduced dropout by 25% across 300+ international learners. I turned LMS and assessment data into self-serve reporting, retention insights, and early LLM-assisted tooling.

I build grounded AI systems where business figures are computed rather than generated. My work spans LangGraph orchestration, RAG evaluation, retrieval design, model adaptation, and full-stack deployment.
