I am a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist with hands-on experience managing medical billing, coding (CPT and ICD-10), claims appeals, and accounts receivable for healthcare providers. I prioritize accuracy, clear communication with insurers, and timely resolution of denied claims to optimize reimbursement.

I have professional experience in administrative and customer-facing roles, including test center administration, concierge services, tutoring, and bank teller responsibilities. These roles strengthened my organization, multitasking, documentation, and customer service abilities.
