As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter at Jobcover Recruitment B.V., I recruited skilled professionals and hard-to-find candidates across European markets. I sourced through European job boards, social media and direct outreach, and supported candidates through interviews, offers, relocation and onboarding.

My recruitment work included roles in automotive and technical fields, healthcare, hospitality, construction and skilled trades. I advised candidates on job conditions, salaries, accommodation and relocation, and maintained communication with clients and candidates throughout the selection process.

Before recruitment, I worked in digital marketing at ARTIC – IMAGE CONCEPT, developing strategies focused on visibility, lead generation, client relationships and new business opportunities. I also worked on digital advertising, social media marketing, content creation and performance reporting.
