At Centauro Solutions supporting BAC Credomatic LATAM, I designed Pega-based digital banking solutions and reduced end-user complaints and production incidents by 95%.

I build reusable case-management components, business rules, forms, and integrations with banking services and core systems through SOAP and REST APIs.
