What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior role where I can lead end-to-end UX/UI, build scalable design systems, and run stakeholder workshops—turning complex requirements into polished, usable products.

I’m an independent senior product designer and creative director with nearly 30 years designing human-centered digital products, design systems, and brand systems for global enterprises and scale-ups. I lead across the full product lifecycle—from UX research and interaction design through UI systems and white-label solutions—translating complex requirements into scalable, usable outcomes.

In recent work, I led end-to-end product design and built a scalable Tailwind CSS design system to keep UI consistent across product surfaces, plus a white-label UI system for fully customized client experiences. I’ve also unified multiple enterprise UX/UI experiences into one coherent solution, run stakeholder workshops to capture business and user requirements, and managed quality through ongoing design QA and usability testing. When needed, I’ve built modular component libraries, led offshore UX/UI teams remotely, and identified development-scope reductions that—per HILTI’s estimates—saved roughly $1.5M in one quarter.
